These felt pieces are for use with the Tim Holtz alcohol ink applicator tool or with any velcro lined handle. Apply alcohol inks or colorless blender to allow for the marbling technique shown in the other photos (directions on how to use this item in second picture). Refill pack contains 50 pieces of 1″x1.75″ rectangle felt pads.
